The modular buildings and panelized garages we provide cost at least 10 to 15 percent less than stick built structures with the same specifications. The savings is possible because the provider of the modular homes (Epoch Homes, Inc.) makes bulk purchases for building materials. In addition, because the modular homes are built inside a large factory building, the weather does not affect production and lost work time is avoided.
An important distinction between us and many other dealers is that our homes/commercial buildings are made in Pembroke, NH. In the event there is an issue you need resolved, our manufacturer is located in New Hampshire and issues can be addressed quickly. Modular building manufacturers located out of state cannot respond as quickly as our manufacturer can.
